Our Timeline
2018
|SOA| has been established in 2018 focusing on supporting Architects, Landscape and Interior Designers firms with specialized services in Buildings & Life Safety Codes and Accessibility consultancy.
The firm then expanded due to the need for similar services to support Building Owners, Developers, Real Estate companies, Facility Managers & Contractors.
2019

In 2019, we added a limited Architectural Design service to provide Single-Family Houses design for clients who seek and value customized and luxurious designs.
We also provided our services portfolio worldwide on a remote basis with limited traveling in-person meetings as deemed necessary for projects.
2021
​
In 2021, we grew bigger and unlocked our full Architectural Design service to support a wider range of clients worldwide for different types of projects having Buildings Codes, Life Safety Codes and Built-Environment Accessibility consultancy services in the heart and the spirit of our operation.
